Roadblocks, obstacles, challenges.
They are all variations of a theme, but how we respond to rejection can differ. From mild to extremes, the process of finding a job can be difficult. For the youth of today facing an increasingly competitive and global labor market, the task in not simple. Waves of rejection can come crashing against them, and like rock - the waves slowly wear them down.
"I should have acted differently."
"I could have been better."
"I am not good enough."
Demotivation that leads to a lack of hope, non-participation, and a future without meaningful work. Without options, it is like water dripping on a bonfire.

Change begins: Now

Join the movement
We all have something we are good at. Our team believes that together we are stronger, more capable and more likely to succeed.
Finding a job, is hard enough, but actually being hired is even harder. With our individual strengths we can help each other throughout the process, regardless of our current situation. Writing an application is only one step, but by using technology we can give each other advice on how to be the best version of ourselves in an interview setting. Feedback is vital, whether we realize it or not. If we do not know what we are doing wrong, how can we improve? It is through this philosophy that we are developing a platform for change, and we need your input to make it happen.
